Tyne is an experienced insurance litigator specialising in state workers' compensation and premium review matters. Her expertise and experience has been particularly strengthened through a secondment at a state workers' compensation statutory authority.
What she does
Tyne advises on all aspects of workers' compensation and premium reviews, including claim determinations, strategic claims management and litigation.
She regularly attends the South Australian Employment Tribunal and appears before the Premium Review Panel.

Qualifications
Tyne has a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University.
She is also actively involved in her community, having previously served on the Board of Cystic Fibrosis South Australia (CFSA) as well as more recently sitting on the Mary Potter Foundation Committee. Her involvement with CFSA was recognised in 2017 when she received an award from Adelaide's Governor, His Excellency the Honourable Hieu Van Le AC, at Government House.
Life before Sparkes
Tyne began practising in a small suburban firm, representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. She joined Sparke Helmore in 2014 to practise in the defendant jurisdiction.
Life outside of Sparkes
Tyne loves playing sport and has played netball and basketball at a competitive level for many years. The exercise also allows her to enjoy her other hobby of eating great food and drinking great wine with family and friends.
