Michelle is a senior construction and procurement lawyer who advises on infrastructure contracts, procurement arrangements, contract administration and dispute resolution.
Michelle advises governments, statutory utilities and private developers on the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects. She also assists clients with construction disputes covering a wide range of issues, such as breach of contract and defective works.
Michelle works with state-owned corporations, government agencies, developers and major building and engineering contractors.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) (Distinction) from the University of Western Sydney.
Michelle began her career at Gilbert + Tobin, before working for Clayton Utz in their Construction and Major Projects team. During her time at Clayton Utz, Michelle assisted with the development of the Delivery Partner procurement model in Australia. She has also been seconded to Stockland and Asciano.
