He also works on corporate reconstructions for mid-market clients. Mark's work also includes capital raisings and IPO listings.
He is particularly focused on restructuring businesses for mergers, private equity investment and listing on the ASX and AIM (UK), and advising company Boards on legal strategies for merger, equity raisings and restructures.
Mark's property experience includes working on syndicated property developments and property related IPOs, as well as large institutional, private and public joint ventures, relating to port infrastructure.
Mark's clients include major and medium-sized corporates, private equity funds, and state-owned corporations.

We advised CMO Compliance on Inflection Private Equity's investment in the company. CMO is a global, market leader in governance and risk compliance software.
We advised the management of oOh!media and their connected entities in relation to their equity and options in the company, on a dual track sale and IPO process that ended in oOh!media's initial public offering and listing on the ASX.
We advised two target companies, Mirror Image International Holdings and MIA Technology Australia Pty Ltd, and six independent companies as the vendors, on the sale of shares in the two target companies.

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Law. He is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Property Council of Australia. Mark is also a director of HunterNet.
