Kevin has 30 years' experience in insurance and commercial litigation. He is recognised in several industry guides as a leader in aviation law both in Australia and internationally, and is highly regarded in professional indemnity, with Australasian Legal Business Guide recognising his "simply brilliant general insurance skills".
Kevin works closely with insurers and insureds to resolve disputes in a quick and pragmatic way. His strategic approach seeks to reduce costs and manage any reputational risks that may arise. In addition to acting as defence counsel, Kevin is regularly asked to act as coverage counsel when difficult policy issues arise.
Kevin acts for local and overseas insurers and brokers both in the aviation and professional indemnity areas, as well as airlines, charter operators, flight training organisations and pilots.
