Kerry has extensive experience in insurance, having worked in private practice, in management positions with insurers and scheme agents, and as an Arbitrator. Her broad experience gives her a rounded perspective on insurance issues.
Kerry advises on personal injury claims and litigation, including in the areas of workers' compensation, common law industrial accidents, workplace injury damages and dust diseases. She has also provided technical advice and instructions about claims for workers' compensation and work injury damages brought against scheme agents and insurers.
Kerry acts for insurers, self-insurers, employers, governments, brokers and other stakeholders.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Sydney.
Before joining Sparkes, Kerry completed a four year term as an Arbitrator at the Workers Compensation Commission of NSW. She was a Legal Services Manager at Cambridge Integrated Services (Xchanging), which is a scheme agent, and a Legal Technical Advisor and Team Leader at GIO (Suncorp Metway) Treasury Managed Fund.
