Hannah is a property lawyer specialising in leasing matters, developments, and acquisitions and disposals.
What she does
Hannah advises clients on a full range of property transactions. She has experience advising on retail and commercial leasing for government agencies, major Australian banks and other private entities. She regularly advises property developers on off-the-plan developments, including structuring matters and contract preparation. Hannah also works with clients on property acquisitions and disposals (having acted on a number of large scale transactions), easements, due diligence and joint ventures.

Qualifications
Hannah has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Sydney.
Life before Sparkes
Hannah joined Sparke Helmore as a law graduate in February 2013, undertaking rotations with the Risk Management and Commonwealth Compensation teams before permanently joining the Property team.
Life outside of Sparkes
Hannah enjoys exploring new countries, experiencing new cultures and trying new cuisines. In particular, she loves all things French, especially French patisseries. Closer to home, Hannah is passionate about cricket—either watching it on the TV or going to matches with friends and family.
