Carolyn is an experienced insurance litigator who has practised in a number of classes of work including professional indemnity, liability, property and statutory insurance.
Carolyn advises and acts for insurers and corporations in a wide range of general liability claims. She also provides coverage advice to insurers and pursues recovery actions in respect of first party property losses.
Carolyn works with Australian and international insurers and corporates with large deductibles/self-insured retentions.
Carolyn has a Master of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts/Laws degree. She was awarded First Class Honours and the University Medal in her undergraduate law studies.
Carolyn has practiced predominantly in insurance litigation since 2002 and has worked at two boutique law firms, as well as the Sydney office of a global law firm. She has experience in liability, professional indemnity, first party and statutory classes of insurance.
When not at work, Carolyn enjoys eating her Mum's chicken schnitzel, teaching her niece and nephew bad habits, trekking and supporting her favourite AFL team, the Sydney Swans.
