Bronwyn is a recognised personal injury expert with over 25 years' experience. She works for private, specialised and self-insurers across a variety of industries, practising across almost all jurisdictions. She specialises in workers compensation, work injury damages, employers' liability and s 151Z recovery under the Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW).
Bronwyn advises on alternative dispute resolution, litigation, insurance disputes and strategy. She is dedicated to assisting clients implement change and use strategies to secure commercial and operational outcomes.

Bronwyn has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of New South Wales. She is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Bronwyn spent 18 years at Bartier Perry Solicitors where she was a partner/executive lawyer for over 14 years. In addition to her legal expertise, Bronwyn is renowned for her strong client relationships and contribution to various internal and industry mentoring programs.
Bronwyn has a keen interest in competitive swimming and development. She is a qualified NSW swimming referee, President of Hunters Hill Swimming Club and Secretary of Sydney Metro North East, which is the local arm of Swimming NSW. She also has a keen interest in fishing and holds an Australian game fishing record.
