Anita has had a variety of roles in the workers' compensation field since 2008, including being a case manager for an insurer and working at the Crown Solicitor's Office where she advised government entities on workers' compensation matters. This broad industry experience helps her understand insurers' needs and the way they like to work.
What she does
Anita advises compensating authorities on workers' compensation matters and is known for quickly identifying issues that are in dispute and efficiently managing claims. She attends at the Workers Compensation Tribunal and the South Australian Employment Tribunal for conciliation conferences and direction hearings.

Anita assists large Australian claims administrators and insurers with disputes concerning work-related injuries.
Qualifications
Anita holds a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Anita worked for another top tier law firm advising the Compensating Authority on work injury disputes. She also worked at the Crowns Solicitor's Office and was a case officer at a leading insurer.
Life outside of Sparkes
Anita is a foodie and her favourite meal of the day is brunch. She loves trying out new places with friends and family, and is always on the lookout for a good cup of coffee. Anita also loves travelling and her favourite cities (so far) are New York and Hong Kong.
