Andrew is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 25 years' local and international experience. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in private and public mergers and acquisitions.
Andrew advises on private treaty acquisitions and disposals, public company takeovers and schemes of arrangement, IPOs and fundraising, corporate structuring, capital management, shareholder arrangements, foreign investment, general commercial contractual arrangements, corporate governance and compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
Andrew works with major and medium-sized corporates in a number of sectors, including financial services, media and telecommunications, aged care, building materials, energy and resources, fast moving consumer goods, sovereign wealth funds and pharmaceuticals.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
Andrew was a Partner in the Corporate Advisory team at Gadens for nine years. Before this, he worked at major firms in Sydney, London and Taipei.
Andrew is married with three teenage children. He is a keen urban farmer with a flock of chickens and an interest in heirloom vegetables. When he's not wrangling children or chickens, Andrew enjoys bushwalking, snorkeling, cycling, tennis, travel and reading.
