We also have extensive experience advising on property developments and volume sales when acting for vendors.

We have transformed our conveyancing practice to transition towards a fully electronic conveyancing solution. As the industry has moved towards online settlements via PEXA we have taken a leading role having worked with PEXA to assist in their development of their PEXA projects solution for bulk conveyancing projects.

We understand the importance of moving quickly. During they sales phase of a project we commit to ensuring contracts are issued and exchanges are achieved without delay. We have developed relationships with sales agents to ensure the exchange and settlement process is streamlined and efficient.

We address not only the legal needs but also the commercial needs when acting in the acquisition of properties. This includes understanding key motivations behind the deal, desired outcomes and priorities and expectations.
