oOh!media's employee equity incentive schemes
We advised the management of oOh!media and their connected entities in relation to their equity and options in the company, on a dual track sale and IPO process that ended in oOh!media's initial public offering and listing on the ASX. The offer consists of an institutional offer, broker firm offer and priority offer, and values oOh!media at AUD465.5m.
oOh!media is Australia's largest out of home media company and provides advertisers with access to a diverse range of audiences across its national portfolio of out-of-home advertising spaces throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Our role involved safeguarding the interests of current and former management in relation to their interests in securities in oOh!media in the context both of sale negotiation and the ultimately successful IPO. On the IPO, our role involved rolling their interests in a foreign registered group company into the Australian registered float vehicle and providing each of them the opportunity to elect to take new shares or cash.
