Centuria acquisition funding

Background

We continue to advise Centuria Property Fund, a property funds management company with more than A$1.1 billion of property funds under management through 29 unlisted funds. 

In the last 12 months, we have advised three of its funds and completed acquisitions of premium-grade commercial property in NSW (10 Spring Street and 175 Castlereagh Street, Sydney), Queensland (19 Corporate Drive, Cannon Hill) and Victoria (441 St Kilda Road, Melbourne) with a combined value of more than AUD130 million.

Our role

We ensure that Centuria's "house position" on key commercial and legal terms is reflected across its debt portfolio.
